“What is ELAC?” you ask. Each California Public School from Kindergarten through grade 12, with 21 or more English learners must form a functional English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC). ELAC is a committee composed of parents, teachers, and other site personnel that oversee the implementation of our school programs for English Learners.
